RECONVENED MEETING, AS THE PUBLIC }TEARING
DATE FOR CONSIDERATION OF SAID FINAL APPLICA-
TION FOR MAJOR USE SPECIAL PERPMIT.
WHEREAS, Article 28 of Ordinance No. 9500, the Zoning
Ordinance of the City of Miami., Florida, requires developers of
Major Uses, as defined in Section 2801 of said article, to apply
for, and receive, a Major Use Special Permit before applying for
a building permit; and
WHEREAS, Ter_remark Centre Project, located at Aviation
Avenue, Tigertail Avenue and South Bayshore Drive, meets the
criteria for Major Use designation, as set forth in said Ordi-
nance and Article at Section 2801; and
WHEREAS, the Miami Planning Advisory Board, at its meeting
of July 18, 1984, by a 7 to 0 vote, after reviewing the Prelimi-
nary Application for. ]Major Use: Special Permit, adopted Resolution
No. PAB 82-84 recommending that the developer be permitted to
proceed with filing of a Final Application for Major Use Special
Permit; and
WHE'REhS, the City Commission has reviewed the Proli.minary
Application for Major Use Special Permit and considered any
additional conf.orences, referrals, or materials th t may be
required pric;t, tc conid r=,tion of the Final 1-1plDiic< t_ion for
Major Use Permit;
