H. Friend & Company, for expert actuarial assistance in pension matters; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: Section 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized to amend the existing professional services agreement, in a form acceptable to the City Attorney, with E. H. Friend & Company, for expert actuarial assistance in pension matters by increasing the cost of services by an additional amount not to exceed the sum of $45,000 with funds therefor hereby allocated from Special Programs and Accounts, Contingent Fund.
