Coach Howard Schnellenherger_ concerning the building of a practice field on the R.V. and 14-2 parking lot at the OrancTe Bowl.. Coach Schnell enborcier has indicated that the Orange Bowl site is his primary choice. The City's agreement with the U.S.F.L., paragraph 2(b) provides: A. Gives the U.S.F.L. the right to use a football field in a City owned facility for, team prac- tices and workouts for a period deemed accept- able by the U.S.F.L. B. The Office of Stadiums must. That sufficient land for the practice site be pro- vided out of the R.V. and N-2 parking lots. (Exhibit B). 2. That the use of 6th Street between 14th and 16th Avenues and 15th Avenue between 6th and 7th Streets be restricted to accommodate recreational vehicle season parking during Orange Bowl events. (Exhibit B). 3. That season football parking customers in N-2 be relocated to our new lot W-4 season parking lot. (Exhibit B). 4.
