WHEREAS, at the City Commission Meeting of June 14, 1984, Resolution No. 84-664 was passed which ordered a highway improvement identified as ALLAPATTAH INDUSTRIAL AREA HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT -PHASE: II in ALLAPATTAH INDUSTRIAL AREA HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT DTSTRICT-PHASE II, H-4495; AND WHEREAS, pursuant to due public notice a public hearing was held before the City Commission on July 30, 1984, as to any objections to the confirmation of Resolution No. 84-664, which resolution ordered ALLAPATTAH INDUSTRIAL AREA HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT -PHASE II in ALLAPATTAH INDUSTRIAL AREA HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT -PHASE II, H-4495; and WHEREAS, no objections to the confirmation of said highway improvement were sustained by the Commission, it is therefore in order for the Commission to confirm sL id ordering resolution and authorize the City Clerk to adverti so for sealed i:,ids for the construction of said improvement; NOW, THEPEFOPE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: Section 1. Resolution No. 84-664 dated June 14, 1984, which ordered ALLAPATTAH INDUSTRIAL AREA HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT -PHASE II in ALLAPATTAH INDUSTRIAL, AREA HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT -PHASE II, H-4495 is hereby confirmed.
