Title: A RESOLUTION OF THE MIAMI CITY COMMISSION DIRECTING THE CITY
MANAGER TO IMPLEMENT THE CITY OF MIAMI'S ("CITY") ORDINANCE
REGULATING LEAF BLOWERS BY REQUIRING CITY DEPARTMENTS TO USE LEAF
SHREDDERS AND VACUUMS INSTEAD OF LEAF BLOWERS; FURTHER DIRECTING
THE CITY MANAGER TO INCLUDE THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE ABOVE
REFERENCED ORDINANCE IN FUTURE CONTRACTS WITH CITY VENDORS;
FURTHER DIRECTING THE CITY MANAGER TO IDENTIFY FUNDING SOURCES
AND GRANTS AVAILABLE TO IMPLEMENT THESE POLICIES AND PROCEDURES
DURING THE 2023 FISCAL YEAR.
