ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ATLAS OF
ORDINANCE NO. 9500, THE ZONING ATLAS OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA, BY CHANGING THE
ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF-- THE AREA GENERALLY
BOUNDED AND INCLUDING PROPERTIES FRONTING ON
AND IMMEDIATELY ADJACENT TO SOUTHWEST 2ND
STREET, SOUTHWEST 3RD STREET, SOUTHWEST 4TH
STREET, SOUTHWEST STH STREET, AND SOUTHWEST
6TH STREET FROM A LINE APPROXIMATELY 250'
WEST OF THE WEST LINE OF SOUTHWEST 12TH
AVENUE TO A LINE APPROXIMATELY 150' EAST OF
THE EAST LINE OF SOUTHWEST 17TH AVENUE (MORE
PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED HEREIN), PER PLAN ON
FILE IN THE DEPARTMENT OF PLANNING AND ZONING
BOARDS ADMINISTRATION, FROM RG-2/5 GENERAL

FINDINGS. AND BY MAKING ALL THE NECESSARY
