A RESOLUTION ALLOCATING $50,622 OF FY'84-85
FEDERAL REVENUE SHARING FUNDS PENDING ADOPTION
OF THE ANNUAL APPROPRIATIONS ORDINANCE FOR
FY'84-85 TO PREVIOUSLY APPROVED SOCIALL SERVICE
AGENCIES LISTED HEREIN IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED
1/12 OF THE TOTAL ALLOCATION TO MAINTAIN EACH
AGENCY AT THE FY'83-84 FUNDING LEVEL FOR THE
PERIOD FROM OCTOBER 1,1984 THROUGH OCTOBER 31,
1984, AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO ENTER
INTO AGREEMENTS WITH THE AFOREMENTIONED AGENCIES,
SUBJECT TO THE CITY ATTORNEY'S APPROVAL AS
TO FORM AND CORRECTNESS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI,
Section 1. $50,622 of Federal Revenue Sharing funds is
hereby allocated to those agencies listed herein in an amount not
to exceed 1/12 of the total allocation to maintain each agency at
the FY '84-84 funding level for the period October 1, 1984 throuqh
October 31, 1984.

Section 2. The herein stated allocation is conditioned upon
the adoption of the annual appropriations ordinance for FY 1984-85.
Section 3. The City Manager is hereby authorized to enter
into an agreement , subject to the City Attorney's approval as to
form and correctness, with the aforementioned agencies to implement
respective social service programs, subject to the conditions and
