Alternative,� The neighbors have requested more liberal RO-2/5 to RO-3/7 Residential Office Districts. At this point Planning Department is only prepared to recommend a change of zoning to RG-2/5 General Residential for lack of a traffic study. Four alternativQs are available to enable the completion of the traffic study: 1 Wait for 1r . `;ocarr,s to find financing for the project- which, d ould enable him to execute the contra; t or i the consultant. 2. File uit Kr. Socarras for failure to perforill the ter flizi ("If' the covenant; cc)llect the funds -�tid con�uilcant for the study. 3. Assign the covtna,it Lc-, mr. Pay for the study with City funds and seek recovery from Mr. Socarras through legal action to enforce the covenant.
