This bond issue t,.-s presented to City voters on Harch 13, 1984 and did not pa . Section 100-331 of the City Statutes provides that a new election cannot be called for at least six months. The attached Bond Ordinance schedules this bond issue for Tuesday, November 6, 1984. The second reading for this Ordinance should be scheduled for September 24, 1984 or shortly thereafter, in order to comply with the mandatory six month waiting period.
