Gary Page 2 July 17, 1984 City Manager In addition to the fact that Thomas Maintenance Services, Inc. has the lowest bid, they have also head the maintenance contract for the De- partment of Auditoriums for the past year and we are very pleased with their se:rvicos. Ploreover, utilizing Thomas Maintenance Services, Inc. will eliminate the need of having to orientate and train new floor personnel, thus saving the City of Miami :additional expenses in training costs.
