Gary City Manager Carlos E. Garcia,' arcia '` FROM: Di rector of Fi nahe4 1 DATE: SUBJECT: REFERENCES: ENCLOSURES: August 17, 1984 Agenda Item It is recommended that the attached Emergency Ordinance establishing two new Trust & Agency Funds Entitled "Downtown Development Authority and Off -Street Parking Authority to record and invoice the cost for services provided by various City Departments (I.E., Print Shop, etc.) to the Downtown Development Authority and the Off -Street Parking Au- thority and appropriating $15,000 and $25,000 respectively into said trust fund, be passed. F'iLEs These two funds are necessary to accumulate charges for services rendered by the City to Downtown Development Authority and Off- street Parking Authority. These two entities -are then sent as a consolidated billing for all services. This ordinance establishes an appropriation for the incurrence of these charges and subsequent payment. Thus, the two funds are self -balancing and zero out each fiscal year. cc: Law Department p oDlEPaw , w r] MIAMI REVIEW AND ONLY I&=" P,tGii~ Deify ercW Saturday, Svndsy anti L,spat "Keys Warnf, O*U C*unfy, Fior4a. 61ATE OF FLOP40A COUNTY OF DADE, fllofere the s KWeipne4 aufkortty PMsonally appowed Sonia HMMptM, who on oNh says OW she M the AWstant to ON of L"W Adwrtisfnp of the UWnW Review and Daily 00cord, a daily (s=ept ifatwday, SwWsy and L"of H046") newspaper, puwshed of WNW In Dads County, 1694ft OW Ow sttaehad co" of admIlo n ont, being a L W Advertisement of Notice In the matter of CITY OF MIA14I Re t ORDINANCE 140, 9889 inow.......
