WHEREAS, the City "Zoning Board and the Department of Public Works have
recommended the acceptance of the plat:
FLORIDA:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE iT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI,
Section 1. The plat entitled "Virginia Key -Tract "A", is a subdivision
of unplatted Virginia Key lying in Sections 17 & 18, 'Township 54 South, Range 42
East, City of Miami, Dade County, Florida, which plat by reference is crude a part
hereof as if fully incorporated herein, is hereby accepted; and the dedications
shown thereon together, with the dedications to the perpetual use of the public of
all existing and future planting, trees and shrubbery on said property, are also
hereby accepted and confirined by the City of Uliami, Florida.
Section 2. The City Manager and City Clerk are hereby authorized and
directed to execute the plat ana cause the same to be recorded in the Public Records
of Dade County, Florida.
