OF TENTATIVE PLAT #'1224-A, "THATCHER SUBDIVI-
SION."
WHEREAS, the Miami Zoning Board at its meeting of June 18,
1984, Item No. 3, foll.oiring an advertised hearing, adopted
Resolution ZL;-49-0,4 by a 7 to 0 vote RECOMMENLIING official
vacation and closure of a portion of a street as hereinafter set
forth; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission finds that it is in the best
interest of the general welfare of the City of Miami and its
inhabitants to grant the vacation and closure of the street in
question and deems it advisable to do so;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That portion of Northeast 30th Street lying
west of the west right-of-way line of Northeast lst Court and
east of the Florida East Coast Rai lrot d z-ight-of--caay, all as a
condition of approvalof tentative Plat # 1224-A, ""THATCHER
SUBDIVISION," in herehy closed, vacated, abandoned, and dis-
continued for public use.
