WHEREAS, the Miami Planning Advisory Board, at its meeting of July 24, 1984, Item No. 7, following an advertised hearing, adopted Resolution No. PAB 90-84, by a 5 to 1 vote, RECOMMENDING APPROVAL of amending the Zoning Atlas, as hereinafter set forth; and WHEREAS, the City Commission after careful consideration of this matter deems it advisable and in the best interest of the general welfare of the City of Miami and its inhabitants to amend the Zoning Atlas as hereinafter set forth; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: Section 1. "Pedestrian Streets" so designated herein, shall be subject to the requirements and limitations of Section 15140, "SPI-14, 14.1, 14.2: Latin Quarter Commercial - Residen- ti al and Residential" Districts, and collateral Sections 15141 -thru,.15145,, inclusive, of Ordinance No. 95001 the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Miami, Florida. �L Section 4.
