SECTION 300, THEREOF; CONTAINING A REPEALER
PROVISION AND A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE.
WHEREAS, the Miami Planning Advisory Board, at its meeting
of May 16, 1984, Item No. 1, following an advertised hearing,
adopted Resolution No'. PAB 36-84, by a 5 to 0 vote, RECOMMENDING
APPROVAL of'a'change of zoning classification, as hereinafter set
forth; and,
WHEREAS, the City Commission after careful consideration of
this matter' deems it advisable and in the best interest of `ttie
general`welfare'of the City of Miami and its inhabitants to'grantJr
this change of zoning classification as hereinafter set forth;
'NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY

OF MIAMI FLORIDA:
Section 1. The Zoning Atlas of -Ordinance No. 9500,' the
Zoning Ordinance of the City of Miami, Florida, is hereby amended
by changing the zoning classification of the area generall�y
bounded' .by, 4nd including properties fronting on and immediately
adjacent to Southwest 9th Street and Southwest 9th Street
Ap
+ xtenr ed' to the east from approximately Southwest 12th Avenue to
Southwest'17th Avenue, per plan on file in the Department o

Planning and Zoning Boards Administration, from RG-1/3 GBNICRAL y
RESIDENTIAL to &PI-14.1 OOKKERCIAL RESIDENTIAL.
Section 2. It is hereby found that this Boning claasifi"
