A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING ORDERING RESOLUTION
NO. 84-788 AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY CLERK TO
ADVERTISE FOR SEALED BIDS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION
OF WINONA SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT IN WINONA
SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT SR-5494-C
(CENTERLINE SEWER).
WHEREAS, at the r:mmission Meeting of July 309 19849
Resolution No. 84-788 was passed which ordered a sanitary sewer
improvement identified as WINONA SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT in
WINONA SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT SR-5494-C (centerline
sewer); and

WHEREAS, pursuant to due public notice, a public hearing was
held before the City Commission on October 10, 1984 as to any

objections to the confirmation of Resolution No. 84-788, which
resolution ordered WINONA SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT in WINONA
SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT SR-5494-C (centerline sewer);
and
WHEREAS, no objections to the confirmation of said sewer
improvement were sustained by the Commission, it is therefore in
order for the Commission to confirm said ordering resolution and
authorize the City Clerk to advertise for sealed bids for the
construction of said improvement;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. Resolution No. 84-788 dated July 30, 1984, which
ordered WINONA SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT in WINONA SANITARY SEWER
IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT SR-5494-C (centerline sewer) is hereby
confirmed.

Section 2. That the City Clerk be, and he is hereby,
authorized to advertise for sealed bids for the construction of
WINONA SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT in WINONA SANITARY SEVER
IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT SR-5494-C (centerline sewer).

! This district consists of properties in an area bounded approximately by
West 60 Avenue, F.E.C. Railroad, S.W. 8 Street, and the Tamiali. Canal.
_ The construction of this sanitary sewer improvement is part of the City's
progr to provide sanitary sewers the City of Mtaad
This area is presently served by septic tank and drainfield installatieos
which are to be abandoned by the property owners after completion of the
sanitary sewer system.

SANITM SEmm neROVEMENT in WINONA SANITMU SMM IlVR74EMENT DISTRICT
SR-5494-C (centerline sewer) as an assessable 3aQt under Section
56 of the City Charter. Each property designated for assessment under the
ordering resolution will receive a sewer service lateral to the property line.
This was ordered by the City Ccumissiosn at their meeting of
July 30, 1984. It is now in order to confirm the ordering resolution and
advertise for bids.
