ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THt ZONING ATLAS OF
ORDINANCE NO. 9500, THEOZONING ORDINANCE OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA, BY CHANGING THE
ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF THE AREA GENERALLY
BOUNDED BY SOUTHWEST 32ND AVENUE, OAK AVENUE,
THE WEST BOUNDARY OF KIRK MUNROE PARK, AND
THE. REAR LOT LINE OF PROPERTIES FRONTING ON
THE SOUTH SIDE OF OAK AVENUE, (MORE PARTICU-
LARLY DESCRIBED HEREIN); FROM RS-2/2 (ONE
FAMILY DETACHED RESIDENTIAL) TO RG-1/3
(GENERAL RESIDENTIAL ONE AND TWO FAMILY);
MAKING FINDINGS; AND BY MAKING ALL THE
NECESSARY CHANGES ON PAGE NO. 46 OF SAID
ZONING ATLAS MADE A PART OF ORDINANCE NO.
9500, BY REFERENCE AND DESCRIPTION IN ARTICLE
3, SECTION 300 THEREOF; CONTAINING A REPEALER
PROVISION AND A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE.
WHEREAS, the Miami Planning Advisory Hoard, at its meeting
of September 5, 1984, Item No. 8, following an advertised
hearing, voted 4 to 2 to deny the change zoning classifica-
tion, as hereinafter set forth, then b nstituting a RECOM-
MENDATION OF DENIAL; and
WHEREAS, the City Commissi ter c ul consideration of
this matter, notwiths ding a anning Advisory Board recom-
mendation, deems d sa a and in the best interest of the
general welfare of t it of Miami and its inhabitants to grant
this change of zonin lassification as hereinafter set forth;
NOW, TH FORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI , F IDJi:
