A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR CONSTRUCTION OF LYNDALE SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT IN LYNDALE SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT SR-5462-C (CENTERLINE SEWER) AND REMOVING ALL PENDING LIENS FOR THIS IMPROVEMENT NOT HEREBY CERTIFIED. WHEREAS, the Commission of The City of Miami, Florida met on the 8th day of November, 19849 pursuant to due legal notice of said meeting under Section 56 of the City Charter, as amended, to receive all written objections to the confirmation of the preliminary assessment roll for the cost of LYNDALE SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT in LYNDALE SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT SR-5462-C (centerline sewer) on the following streets: S.W. 8 STREET to S.W. 22 STREET, between S.W. 27 AVENUE and S.W. 32 Avenue WHEREAS, no objections thereto by any person interested in, or affected by, said assessments were sustained by the Commission, and said assessment roll appeared, in all respects, regular and in accordance with the requirements and provisions of the City Charter, as amended; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA; Section 1. That the prima facie assessments, as apportioned and indicated on the preliminary assessment roll for LYNDALE SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT in LYNDALE SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT SR-5462-C (centerline sewer) be and they are hereby, in all things, confirmed and sustained against any and all lots or parcels of ground described therein. That the sums and amounts assessed against each of the lots or parcels of ground in said preliminary assessment roll are less than the amount that each of the said lots or parcels of ground is especially benefited by said improvements, and that such amounts are in proportion to the special benefits that the property received. Section 3. That the total assessment cost of said LYNDALE SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT in LYNDALE SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT SR-5462-C (centerline sewer) in the amount of $1,382,432.45 be and the same is hereby, approved and confirmed. Section 4. That any pending lien in LYNDALE SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT in LYNDALE SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT SR-5462-C (centerline sewer) for sanitary sewer improvements not appearing in the preliminary assessment roll and not certified hereby, be, and the same is hereby, cancelled and removed PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8th day of November_, 1984. Construction of LYNDALE SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT in LYNDALE SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT SR-5462-C&S (centerline and sideline sewers) has been completed, and the preliminary assessment rolls for this improvement are ready to be presented to the Commission for confirmation. The construction of this sanitary sewer improvement was on the following streets: S.W. 8 Street to S.W. 22 Street, between S.W. 27 Avenue and S.W. 32 Avenue The total assessment cost of the centerline sewers amounted to $1,382,443.95 and the total assessment cost of the sideline sewers amounted. to $25,075.67. A public hearine is scheduled for November 8, 1984 to hear ob ec ons to confirmation of the assessment rolls. If no objections are sustained, it will be in order for the Commission to adopt the resolutions confirming the assessment rolls. A section has been included cancelling and removing pending liens placed against properties not appearing in the preliminary aEassessment roll.
