ITS OPERATION IN THE AMOUNT OF $100, 000 COMPOSED OF REVENUES COLLECTED PROM PARTICIPATION FEE$: CONTAININO A REPEALER PROVISION AND SEVERABILITY CLAUSE. WHEREAS, the City Commission adopted Ordinance No. 9478, on September 9, 1982, establishing the "Recreation Activity" 'Trust and Agency Fund; and WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 9825, adopted March 8, 1984, estab- liehed and appropriated $100#000 for the special revenue fund entitled "Recreation Activity, 1983-8411; and WHEREAS, a total of $100,000 has been budgeted from project- ed revenues to, be collected from participation fees for FY 184- �85 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, PLORIDAe. Section 1. The_following Special Fund is hereby established and 7espur,ces,are hereby appropriated as described herein: FUND TITLE: Recreation Activity, 1984-85 RE$OURCRSs---Program participation fees and $1000000 existing fund balances of parti- cipating programs (Ordinance 9825) APPROPRIATION: Recreation Activity 1984-85 $100,000 E Section 2.
