A RESOLUTION ALLOCATING AN AMOUNT UP TO
$10,000 FROM SPECIAL PROGRAMS AND ACCOUNTS,
CONTINGENT FUND, TO BE PAID TO PRICE
WATERHOUSE AS PAYMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL
SERVICES RENDERED IN CONNECTION WITH THE
J FUNDING OF THE PROPOSED CHRISTIAN HOSPITAL
AND PROVIDING FOR REPAYMENT OF SAID FUNDS TO
THE CITY BY NEW CHRISTIAN HOSPITAL, INC. WHEN
SUCH FUNDS BECOME AVAILABLE FROM THE PROCEEDS
OF A PROPOSED REVENUE BOND ISSUE.

WHEREAS, the accounting firm of Price Waterhouse

performed professional services on behalf of the proposed
a
Christian Hospital;
WHEREAS, the data developed by Price Waterhouse is
necessary in order to continue the appropriate review process;
WHEREAS, Price Waterhouse is requesting a payment less
than $10,000 for professional services rendered;
WHEREAS, funds advanced by the City may be repaid by
Christian Hospital, Inc.;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. An amount not to exceed $10,000 is hereby
allocated from Special Programs and Accounts, Contingent Fund, as
payment for professional services in connection with the funding
of the proposed Christian Hospital. Such funds will be repaid to
the City from the proceeds of a proposed revenue bond issue on
behalf of the New Christian Hospital, Inc,
1984.
