HomeMy WebLinkAboutR-84-1329J-84-1169 M-84-1257 (11/8/84) RESOLUTION NO. 84-1329 A RESOLUTION ALLOCATING AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $15#000 FROM SPECIAL PROGRAMS AND ACCOUNTS, CONTINGENT FUND, IN SUPPORT OF THE THIRD ANNUAL MIAMI RIVER REVIVAL BOAT PARADE AND RIVERFEST, HELD IN MIAMI ON DECEMBER 7 AND 8, 1984; SAID ALLOCA- TION BEING CONDITIONED UPON SUBSTANTIAL COMPLIANCE WITH CITY OF MIAMI ADMINIS- TRATIVE POLICY NO. APM-1-84, DATED JANUARY 24, 1984. WHEREAS, the Third Annual Miami River Revival Boat Parade and Riverfest has been planned for December 7 and 8, 1984; and WHEREAS, the City Commission, by Motion No. 84-1257 on November 8, 1984, expressed its intent to allocate $15,000 in support of the Third Annual Miami River Revival Boat Parade and Riverfest; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: Section 1. An amount not to exceed $15,000 is hereby allo- cated from Special Programs and Accounts, Contingent Fund, in support of the Third Annual Miami River Revival Boat Parade and Riverfest, held in Miami on December 7 and 8, 1984. Section 2. The herein allocation is conditioned upon sub- stantial compliance with City of Miami Administrative Policy No. APM-1-84, dated January 24, 1984.
