ORDINANCE - SECOND READING Amending the Zoning Atlas of Ordinance No. 9500, the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Miami, Florida, by changing the zoning classification of approximately 3471 Main Darticulariv described herein) n detached residential to ES-1/4 one family detached residential by making findings; and by making all the necessary changes on page no. 46 of said zoning atlas made a part of Ordinance No. 9500 by reference and description in Article 3, Section 300, thereof, containing a repealer provision and a severability clause. Sharlin as trustee, for approximately 34T1 Main Highway (legal description on file with the Department of Planning and Zoning Boards Administration) which project necessitates: A change in sector number from RS-111 one family detached residential to the proposed RS-1/4 one family detached residential and a change in zoning classification from the proposed RS-1/4 one family detached residential to the proposed PD-MU/4 planned development -mixed use; and further, making findings and granting deviations from the Waterfront Charter Amendment, Section 3(4) of the Charter of the City of Miami; amending the Miami Comprehensive Neighborhood Plan; ratifying the recommendation of the Heritage Conservation Board to permit development within environmental preservation district 46-5 and to grant a tree removal permit; issuing a major use special permit, attached hereto as exhibit "A" and incorporated by reference, making findings and approving with conditions, the Commodore Bay Project, and providing that the permit shall be binding on the applicant and successors in interest.
