RESOLUTION NO.84-1410
A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING A CHAIRPERSON OF
THE CITY'S FIRST -SOURCE AGREEMENT
ADVISORY COMMITTEE; FURTHER APPOINTING AN
INDIVIDUAL TO SERVE AS A MEMBER OF SAID
COMMITTEE, REPLACING DENA SPILLMAN WHO
HAS BECOME INELIGIBLE TO SERVE ON SAID
COMMITTEE BY REASON OF CHANGED
CIRCUMSTANCES IN HER EMPLOYMENT.
WHEREAS, Dena Spillman, who was appointed by Resolution
No. 84-89B to an Advisory Committee to recommend a
First -source agreement policy for implementation by the City
of Miami has tendered her resignation from City employment to
enter private employment in the field of housing development;
and
WHEREAS, it is no longer appropriate for Ms. Spillman to
serve on said Advisory Committee; and
WHEREAS, at the time the said Advisory Committee was
established, there was no Chairperson designated; and
WHEREAS, it is deemed appropriate for a Chairperson to
be designated and for a replacement to be appointed to said
Advisory Committee;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The following individual is hereby
appointed to serve on the City's Advisory Committee on a
first -source agreement policy, replacing Dena Spillman, who
because of changed circumstances in her employment has become
ineligible for further service on said Committee:
