AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ATLAS OF
ORDINANCE NO. 9500, THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA, BY APPLYING THE
SPts17 SOUTH BAYSHORE DRIVE OVERLAY DISTRICT
TO THE AREA GENERALLY BOUNDED BY McFARLANE
ROAD, SOUTH BAYSHORE DRIVE, A LINE APPROXI-
MATELY 200 FEET EAST OF, AND PARALLEL TO
AVIATION AVENUE, TIGERTAIL AVENUE, MARY
STREET, GRAND AVENUE, AND A LINE APPROXI-
MATELY 250 FEET WEST OF, AND PARALLEL TO MARY
STREET, TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING, (MORE
PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED HEREIN); MAKING
FINDINGS; AND BY MAKING ALL THE NECESSARY
CHANGES ON PAGES NO. 45 AND 46 OF SAID ZONING
ATLAS; CONTAINING A REPEALER PROVISION AND A
SEVERABILITY CLAUSE.

WHEREAS, the Miami Planning Advisory Board, at its meeting

of January 2, 1985, Item No. 4, following an advertised hearing,
adopted Resolution No. PAB 4-85, by a 6 to 0 vote, RECOMMENDING
APPROVAL of a change of zoning classification, as hereinafter set

WHEREAS, the City Commission, after careful c sideration of
this matter, deems it advisable and in the best i t,Yest of the

OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The Zoning Akt`,�aWof Ordinance No. 9500, the
zoning ordinance of the City of Mikibi, Florida, is hereby amended
by applying the SPI: 17 SO H AYSHORE DRIVE OVERLAY DISTRICT to
area generally bounded by Ac lane Road, South Bayshore Drive, a
line approxim ely 2'0 t east of, and parallel to, Aviation
Avenue, Tiger ai Aven , -Mary Street, Grand Avenue, and a line
approximately 25 fe t west of, and parallel to Mary Street, to
the point of begin ing; more particularly described as, Lot 17
less the port terly approximately 100 feet, all Lot 18.and Lot
19 less that portion of Lot 19 of
