SECTION 54.5-19 "DEFINITIONS"; SECTION
54.5-1 1 , "BUILDING PERMITS, ISSUANCE"; AND
M SECTION 54.5-12, "DESIGN STANDARDS";
CONTAINING A REPEALER PROVISION AND A
SEVERABILITY CLAUSE.
..° WHEREAS, on March 24, 1983, the City Commission passed
Ordinance No. 9584, establishing subdivision regulations for the
,. City of Miami; and
WHEREAS, it has become necessary to d�fy, or clarify,
certain provisions of these subdivision regu r ons; and

WHEREAS, the City Commission deems h t ; i is in the best

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAIN HE COM SSION OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. Section 54.5 19 .5-11 and 54.5-12 of the Code
of the City of Miami, lori ,,as amended, are hereby further
