APM-1- 84, DATED JANUARY 24, 1984. WHEREAS, the City Commission by Motion 85-1, adopted January 10, 1985, directed the City Manager to waive the rental fee for the use of the Coconut Grove Exhibition Center for a dance sponsored by the Omega Psi Phi Fraternity. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: Section 1. The sum of $8,540 is hereby allocated from Special Programs and Accounts, Quality of Life Fund, to cover the cost of rental and event personnel at the Coconut Grove Exhibition Center for a dance to be held on February 22, 1985 by the Omega Psi Phi Fraternity. Section 2. The herein allocation is conditioned upon substantial compliance with City of Miami administrative policy No. APM-1-84, dated January 24, 1984. On January 10, 1985, the City Commission passed Motion 85-1, expressing its intent to allocate $8,540 to cover the rental fees and event personnel at the Coconut Grove Exhibition Center —, for a dance to be held on February 22, 1985, sponsored by the (mega Psi Phi Fraternity. ,r.
