WHEREAS, the Miami Zoning Board, at its meeting of January 7, 1985, Item No. 6, following an adve ' ed hearing, adopted Resolution No. ZB 6-85, by a 9 to 0 ote, RECOMMENDING APPROVAL of a change of zoning classificati as hereinafter set 4" forth; and WHEREAS, the City Commission afte consideration of this matter dee it advisableV he best interest of the general welfare f the City of its inhabitants to grant this change of zo ing c assifichereinafter set forth; NOW, THEREFOR , BE IT ORDAOE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA.
