HADLEY UPON HIS DEATH. A RESOLUTION EXPRESSING DEEPEST SYMPATHY AND SINCEREST CONDOLENCES OF THE CITY COMMISSION ON BEHALF OF THE CITY OF MIAMI AND ITS CITIZENS TO THE FAMILY AND FRIE14DS OF BOB EAST UPON HIS DEATH. A RESOLUTION EXPRESSING DEEPEST SYMPATHY AND SINCEREST CONDOLENCES OF THE CITY COMMISSION ON BEHALF OF THE CITY OF MIAMI AND ITS CITIZENS TO THE VA"^ILY AND FRIENDS OF DAVID F. CERF UPON HIS DEATH. A MOTION AUTHVRiZING AND DIRECTING THE CITY MANAGER TO NEGOTIATE WITH STADIUM MANAGER CORPORATION FOR A CONCERT TO BE STAGED BY Y-100 AND W.E.B.R. FOR A "PRINCE" CONCERT IN THE ORANGE BOWL STADIUM ON APRIL 6 and 7, 1985 AND GRANTING THEM THE SAME RATE FOR USE OF THE STADIUM AS WAS GRANTED TO THE PROMOTERS OF THE MICHAEL JACKSON COLICERT EXCEPT THAT 75(� PER PATRON FOR THE CONCESSION RIGHTS SHALL BE SPLIT BETWEEN THE CITY AND THE MIAMI DOLPHINS; FURTHER STATING THAT ALL OF THE ABOVE IS TO BE SUBJECT TO THE CITY MANAGER'S APPROVAL.
