A RESOLUTION APPOINTING AN INDIVIDUAL TO
THE CITY'S CODE ENFORCEMENT BOARD TO
SERVE A THREE YEAR TERM.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. The following individual is hereby appointed
as a member of the City's Code Enforcement Board, effective
this date, to serve a three year term which expires on
February 11, 1988:

On February 11, 1982, Peter Padowitz was appointed to a three year term
on the Code Enforcement Board by Resolution No. 82-109 and on December
13, 1984, Richard Diaz was appointed to fill the unexpired term of
Jose Cancela.
Since their terms are about to expire, it is recommended that these
vacancies be included on the City Commission agenda of February 14,
1985, for appointment.
By copy of this memo, the City Attorney is being notified that
resolutions for the above appointments are necessary for inclusion in
the City Commission packets for the above mentioned meeting.
