INTER -OFFICE MEMORANDUM
TO DATE: March 26, 1985 nLE:
Honorable Mayor and Members
of the City Commission SUBJECT
Supplemental Agenda for
3/28/85 Meeting
rROM andolph B. Rosencrantz REFERENCE!:
City Manager
ENCLOSURES
As a follow-up to my memorandum dated March 22, 1985, enclosed is
a Supplemental Agenda and backup materials for those items that
t:Ze City Commission continued from the meeting of March 21, 1985
to the one on ;larch 2S, 1955.
It should be noted that staff is still conducting the extensive
research that is required to properly address the three A. ems
(S5, S6, & S7) that appear in the "Committee of the Whole"
section of the Supplemental Agenda. As a result, no backup
materials for these items have been provided in this packet. If
required as part of the discussion, these materials will be
distributed to the City Commission during the March 29th Meeting.
Finally, since both the Regular (Planning & Zonine3) and
Supplemental Agendas contain a substantial number of,, items that
must be heard at different times during the day, we have
developed the following schedule which combines the items on both
agendas and provides the time at which they are scheduled to be
i± considered.
