A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE PLAT ENTITLED
"CULMER STATION" , A SUBDIVISION IN THE
CITY OF MIAMI; AND ACCEPTING THE
DEDICATIONS SHOWN ON SAID PLAT; AND
AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CITY
MANAGER AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE THE
PLAT AND PROVIDING FOR THE RECORDATION
OF SAID PLAT IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF
DADE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
WHEREAS, the Department of Public Works recommends the
acceptance of the plat:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The plat entitled "Culmer Station", is a
resubdivision of a portion of Lot 31 and portions of Lots 12
through 20 inclusive and all of Lots 21 through 30 inclusive
Block 10, and portions of Lots 9, 10, 11 , 32 and 33, and all of
Lots 12 through 31 inclusive, Block 11, and portions of Lots 11
and 12 and all of Lots 13, 14 and 15, Block 12, and portions of
Lots 14 and 15, and all of Lots 16 and 17 and portions of Lots 18
through 26 inclusive Block 14, and a portion of N.W. 7th Court
lying between said Blocks 10 and 11 and a portion of N.W. 8th
Avenue and N.W. 11th Street Road lying between said Blocks 11, 12
and 14, HIGHLAND PARK according to the Plat thereof as recorded
in Plat Book 2, Page 13 of the Public Records of Dade County,
Florida, Section 35, Township 53 South, Range 41 East, City of
Miami, Dade County, Florida which subject plat by reference is
made a part hereof as if fully incorporated herein and which
plat, together with the dedications shown thereon, and the
dedications to the perpetual use of the public of all existing
and future planting, trees and shrubbery on said property, is
hereby accepted and confirmed by the City of Miami, Florida.

resubdivision of a portion of Lot 31 and portions of Lots 12
through 20 inclusive and all of Lots 21 through 30 inclusive,Block
10, and portions of Lots 9, 10, 119 32 and 33, and all of Lots 12
through 31 inclusive, Block 11, and portions of Lots 11 and 12 and
all of Lots 13, 14 and 15, Block 12, and portions of Lots 14 and
15 , and all of Lots 16 and 17 and portions of Lots 18 through 26
inclusive,Block 14, and a portion of N.W. 7th Court lying between
said Blocks 10 and 11 and a portion of N.W. 8th Avenue and N.W.
11th Street Road lying between said Blocks 11, 12 and 14, HIGHLAND
PARK according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 2,

Jurisdiction. _

action.

by The Kaiser Transit Group.
It is in correct form for submission to the City Commission and
is forwarded with a recommendation that it be approved.
?E'RTINENT INFORMATION REGARDING THE PLAT:
(1) The property platted is a resubdivision of a portion of Lot
31 and portions of Lots 12 through 20 inclusive and all of
Lots 21 through 30 inclusive�Blocx 100 and portions of Lots
9, 10, 11, 32 and 33, and all of Lots 12 through 31
inclusive, Block 11, and portions of Lots 11 and 12 and all

Surveyor, this Plat complies with the plat fil_ing laws,of
the State of Florida.

Hearin;, has recornmended the closing of that portion of
Northwest 7th Court lying + 23' to + 224' North of the
intersection with Northwest 11th Street for a distance of +
1981; that portion of Northwest 9th Avenue lying + 16, to +
186, North of the Intersection with Northwest 11th Street
for a distance of + 170'; and portion of Northwest 11th
Street road lying + 16, to + 231' North of the intersection
with Northwest 11th Street for a distance of + 215'. This
action was confirmed by City Commission Resolution No. 82-
979
(5) The attached Certificate of Title Examination dated February
7, 1985, signed by R.A. Cuevas, Jr., Attorney, indicates
that the fee simple title to the property platted is
correctly vested in Metropolitan Dade County and the Plat
has been correctly executed.
(6) The area platted is not encumbered by mortgages.
(7) Since all the required subdivision improvements on this
property have been previously placed and acceptid, this Plat
will be forwarded to the City Commission of Miami, Florida,
without the usual formality of providing a bond.
(8 ) The location of the property is shown colored in red on the
accompanying copy of a portion of City of Miami, Florida,
Zoning Sheet No. 24.
(9) The attached Resolution has been prepared for the acceptance
of the Plat by the City Commission of Miami, Florida.
