RESOLUTION NO. 85-327
A RESOLUTION EXPRESSING DEEPEST SYMPATHY AND
SINCEREST CONDOLENCES OF THE CITY COMMISSION
ON BEHALF OF THE CITY OF MIAMI AND ITS
CITIZENS TO THE FAMILY AND FRIENDS OF MIAMI
POLICE OFFICER JACK DOMM UPON HIS TRAGIC
DEATH.
WHEREAS, Miami Police Officer Jack Domm joined the
Department in 1969 and served with distinction as a City of Miami
Police Officer; and
WHEREAS, the last 3 years of his active duty was served as
a member of the Miami Mounted Patrol where he gained the respect
and love of the residents and merchants in Coconut Grove where he
was assigned; and
WHEREAS, Officer Domm passed away last week after a losing
a gallant battle with cancer at the age of 37; and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City Commission, on behalf
of the City of Miami and its citizens to express its deepest
sympathy to the family and friends of Jack Domm;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. On behalf of the citizens of the City of
Miami, the City Commission hereby conveys to the family and
friends of City of Miami Police Officer Jack Domm its deepest
sympathy and sincerest condolences, upon his tragic death.
Section 2. This Resolution is offered by the City
Commission as a to'.:en of its respect and esteem.
