Dear Mr. Rosencrantz:
On behalf of the South Florida Gay Pride Committee. I hereby
request permission to appear before the City Commission
meeting set for April 119 1985.
The reason for this request is that the South Florida Gay

Grove on June 30, 1985, as a part of the celebration of Gay

Enclosed is a copy of a map of the proposed parade route,
which we obtained from the City of Miami Police Department.
The plans at this time is to commence staging of the parade
at 11:00 o'clock A.M., to be located at Matilda and Oak
Streets. The starting time of the parade is at this time
scheduled for 1:00 o'clock P.M. The parade will go down
Matilda to McFarlane and then turn on South Bayshore Drive
and then over to the Dinner Key Municipal Auditorium, and
finish at approximately 2s00 o'clock P.M., and our festival
being set for the hours of 2:00 to 8:00 o'clock P.M.
On behalf of the South Florida Gay Pride Committee, I thank
you for your cooperation in this matter.
