BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: Section 1. Sections 1 and 6 of Ordinance No. 9901 adopted September 21, 1984, the Annual Appropriations Ordinance for fiscal year ending September 30, 1985, is hereby amended in the following particulars: 1/ "Section 1.
