AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIONS 1 AND 5
OF ORDINANCE NO. 9901, ADOPTED SEPTEMBER
21, 1984, THE ANNUAL APPROPRIATIONS
ORDINANCE FOR FISCAL YEAR ENDING
SEPTEMBER 30, 1985, BY INCREASING THE
APPROPRIATION FOR GENERAL OBLIGATION
BONDS IN THE AMOUNT OF $1,545000 AND BY
INCREASING REVENUES IN THE SAME AMOUNT
FROM FY'84 DEBT SERVICE FUND BALANCE FOR
THE PURPOSE OF PROVIDING FUNDING TO PAY
FOR $1,545,000 OF ADDITIONAL INTEREST
PAYMENTS FOR FY'85 AS A RESULT OF THE
MOST RECENT $33*000,000 GENERAL
OBLIGATION BOND SALE; CONTAINING A
REPEALER PROVISION AND A SERVERABILITY
CLAUSE.
WHEREAS, the City Commission adopted Ordinance No. 9901, on
September 21, 1984, establishing revenues and appropriations for
the City of Miami, Florida, for the fiscal year ending September
30, 1985; and
WHEREAS, funds are required to pay f dditional interest

WHEREAS, funds in.'the o t of $1,545,000 are available
from the FY'84 fund balance i e City's Debt Service Fund and

NOW, THEREFORE B IT ORPA4NED by the Commission of the City
of Miami, Florida:
Section 1. Section 1 and 6 of ordinance No. 9901 adopted
September 21, 984,, the'annual appropriations ordinance for the
fiscal year ding September 30, 1985, as amended, is hereby
further amende the following particulars: 1/
"Section 1. The following appropriations
are made for the municipal operation of
the City of Miami, Florida for the
fiscal year 1984-85 including the
payment of principal and interest on all
general obligation bonds:
