The lease contains a 30 day cancellation provision in the event the Department is relocated. This lease is retroactive to November 1, 1984 when the previous lease term was complete. The lease renewal has been reviewed and approved by Department of Public Information Director, Virginia Godoy. The renewal term is for one year with the rental amount of $10.85 per squre foot.
