AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ATLAS OF ORDINANCE NO. 9500, THE ZONING ORDITNAZJCE OF THE CITY OF I1IAMI, FLORIDA, BY ChANGING THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF APPROXIMATELY 7951-8099 NORTHEAST 3AYSHORE COURT MIAMI, FLORIDA, (MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED HEREIN) FROM RG-2/5 GENERAL RESIDENTIAL TO RO-2/5 RESIDENTIAL -OFFICE BY MAKING FINDINGS; ANI) BY MAKING ALL THE NECESSARY CHANGES ON PAGE NO. 8 OF SAID ZONING ATLAS MADE A PART OF ORDINANCE NO. 9500 BY REFERENCE AND DESCRIP- TION IN ARTICLE 3, SECTION 300, THEREOF; CONTAINING A REPEALER PROVISION AND A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE. WHEREAS, the Miami Zoning Beard, at its meeting of May 6, 1985, Item No. 2, following an advertised hearing, adopted Resolution No. ZII 69-85, by a 6 to 0 vote, RECOMrIEAt IL APPROVAL of a change of zoning classification, a* hK'JeVnJWr set Forth; and WHEREAS, the City Commission or eful consideration of this matter deems it adv' a le a best interest of the general welfare of the ity o M 1 and its inhabitants to grant this change of zoning ifi tion as hereinafter set forth; NOW, THEREFORE, BEI tV OKD�iJ BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: Section 1L/ The Zoning Atlas o: Ordinance No. 9500, the zoning ordinan e the City of Miami, Florida, is hereby amended by changin a zoning classification of approximately 7951-8099 N rthea shore Court, Miami, Florida, more particularly d scr'b as Lots 3, 4, 5 and 6, Block 1, CAUSEWAY BAYFRONT ( - of the Public Records of Dade County, Florida, from RG 2 5 of Residential to RO-2/5 Residential -Office. Section 2. It is hereby found that this zoning classi- fication change: (a) Is in conformity with the adopted Miami Comprehensive Neighborhood Plan; ) Is not contrary to the established land use pattern; j Will not create an isolated district unrelated to adjacent and nearby districts;
