Please make arrangements to publish a Notice of Public Hearing for objections to Virginia Key
Beach Park Museum Master and Business Planning Services ("Services"), and waiving of the
requirements for formal sealed bids, for the provision of business planning services for the
proposed Virginia Key Beach Park Museum. These Services are to be provided by Lord Cultural
Resources., a company, qualified to do business in the State of Florida whose principal address
is 125 Park Ave, Suite 2553, New York, NY 10017.

The public hearing has been scheduled for October 13, 2022.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
A public hearing will be held by the City Commission of the City of Miami, Florida on
Thursday, October 13, 2022 at 9.00 a.m. in the City Commission Chambers at City Hall,
3500 Pan American Drive, Miami, Florida 33133, for the purpose of Master and
Business Planning Services ("Services"), and for waiving the requirements of obtaining
sealed bids for the provision of business planning services for Historic Virginia Key
Beach Museum. These Services are to be provided by Lord Cultural Resources
Planning & Management Inc., a Florida profit corporation ("Lord Cultural Resources"),
whose principal address is 3375-G Capital Circle N.E., Tallahassee, Florida 32308.
Inquiries from other potential sources of such a package who feel that they might be
able to satisfy the City's requirements for this item may contact Annie Perez, CPPO,
Director, at the City of Miami Department of Procurement at (305) 416-1910.
All interested persons are invited to appear at the meeting and may be heard with
respect to the proposed resolution. Should any person desire to appeal any decision of
the City Commission with respect to any matter to be considered at this meeting, that
person shall ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made including all
testimony and evidence upon which any appeal may be based (F.S. 286.0105).
In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, persons needing special
accommodations to participate in this proceeding may contact the Office of the City
Clerk at (305) 250-5361 (Voice) no later than five (5) business days prior to the
