Santana, Agenda Coordinator Date: 9/26/2022 CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING A public hearing will be held by the City Commission of the City of Miami, Florida on Thursday, October 13, 2022 at 9.00 a.m. in the City Commission Chambers at City Hall, 3500 Pan American Drive, Miami, Florida 33133, for the purpose of Master and Business Planning Services ("Services"), and for waiving the requirements of obtaining sealed bids for the provision of business planning services for Historic Virginia Key Beach Museum. These Services are to be provided by Lord Cultural Resources Planning & Management Inc., a Florida profit corporation ("Lord Cultural Resources"), whose principal address is 3375-G Capital Circle N.E., Tallahassee, Florida 32308. Inquiries from other potential sources of such a package who feel that they might be able to satisfy the City's requirements for this item may contact Annie Perez, CPPO, Director, at the City of Miami Department of Procurement at (305) 416-1910. All interested persons are invited to appear at the meeting and may be heard with respect to the proposed resolution. Should any person desire to appeal any decision of the City Commission with respect to any matter to be considered at this meeting, that person shall ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made including all testimony and evidence upon which any appeal may be based (F.S. 286.0105).
