WHEREAS, the City Commission men on thh 18th day of July, 1986, pursuant to due legal notice of said Mooting under Section 56 of the City Charter, at amended, to receive all written objections to the confirmation of the preliminary assessment roll for the cost of CITYWIDE SANITARY SEWERS EXTENSIONS IMPROVEMENT - FLAGLER STREET in CITYWIDE SANITARY SEWERS EXTENSIONS IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT - FLAGLER STREET SR-5458-C (centerline sewers) on the following streets: West Flagler Street, from W. 27 Avenue to W. 42 Avenue. WHEREAS, no objections thereto by any person interested i n , or affected by, said assessments were sustained by the Commission, and said assessment roll appeared, in all respects, regular and in accordance with the requirements and provisions of the City Charter, as amended; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: Section 1. Construction of CITYWIDE SANITARY SEWERS EXTENSIONSIMPROVEMENT FLAGLER STREET in CITYWIDE SANITARY SEWERS EXTENSION IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT FLAGLER STREET SR-5458-C (centerline sewers) has been ` completed, and the preliminary assessment roll for this improvement is ready to be presented to the Commission for confirmation. The construction of _ ` this sanitary sewer improvement was on the following streets: West Flagler Street, from W. 27 Avenue to W. 42 Avenue. The total assessment cost of the sewer improvement amounted to i' $168,616.93 A public hearing is scheduled for July 18, 1985 to hear I objections to confirmation of the assessment roll If no objections are sustained, it will be in order for the Commission to adopt the resolutions confirming the assessment roll, A section has been included cancelling and removing pending liens placed against properties not appearing in the preliminary assessment roll.
