A RESOLUTION ALLOCATING AN AMOUNT NOT TO
EXCEED $1,120 FROM SPECIAL PROGRAMS AND
ACCOUNTS, CONTINGENT FUND, TO THE MODEL
CITY CRIME PREVEN'iIJ14 SJ8-COUNCIL TO
SEND FORTY-FIVE (45) CHILDREN AND SEVEN
(7) CHAPERONES FRU;1 T!iE MCI, EL CITY AREA
TO DISNEY WORLD ON AUGUST 17, 1985; SAID
ALLOCATION BEING CONDITIONED UPON
SUBSTANTIAL COMPLIANCE WITH THE CITY OF
MIAMI ADMINISTRATIVE. POLICY 140. APM-1-
84, DATED JANUARY 24, 1984.
WHEREAz>, Lne model City Crime Prevention Sub -Council has
requested a $1,820 grant from the City to send forty five (45)
children and seven (7) chaperones from the Model City area to
Disney World on August 17, 1985; and
WHEREAS, the City has determined this iS worthwhile in
promoting values and deterring juvenile delinquency among our
youth;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. An amount not to exceed $1,820 is hereby
allocated from Special Programs and Accounts, Contingent Fund, to
the Model (,ity Crime Prevention Sub -Council to send forty five
(45) children and seven (7) chaperones to Disney World on August
17, 1985.
Section 2. The herein allocation is conditioned upon
susbtantial compliance with the City of Miami Administrative
Policy No. APM-1-84, dated January 24, 1984.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of July , 1985.
