defined as projects where real property acquired or to be acquired
by the City is to be used for developing improvements. The City
Commission makes a determination that it is most advantageous to
the City to procure from a private entity an integrated development

funds, property, and services;

It is recommended that Unified Development Project proposals be
sought for cultural, recreational, entertainment and marine -

Rickenbacker Causeway. The Request for Proposals will seek an
integrated development package to provide water and marine -oriented
entertainment, sports, exhibitions, events, and support services at
the Marine Stadium facility and the adjoining land.
The RPP will recommend that the City retain ownership of the
property and enter into a lease agreement with the successful

improvements to the facility and adjoining property at no expense

appropriateness of the uses proposed, and minority involvement in
the project.
