A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE INSTALLATION OF DRIVE-IN FACILITIES AT THE VROVEGATE RANK LOCATED AT 2770 SOUT14WEST 27TH AVENUE, MIAMI, FLORIDA. WHEREAS, the Grovegate Bank desires to install drive-in facilities in conjunction with its bank building which will be located at 2770 Southwest 27th ikvenue, Miami, Florida; and WHEREAS, the City Commission has determined that it wishes to review all applications for the installation of drive-in facilities. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED ,BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: Section 1. The construction of drive-in facilities at Grovegate Bank is hereby approved. The Zoning Board, at its meeting of June 3, 1985, Item 3, following an advertised hearing, adopted Resolution ZB 78-85 by a 9 to 0 vote, granting the Special Exception as listed in Ordinance 9500, as amended, Schedule of District Regulations, page 4 of 6, CR-3 Commercial -Residential (General), Principal Uses and Structures, permitting a proposed drive-in facility for the Grovegate Bank at 2770 SW 27 Avenue, also described as Lots 1 through 6, Block 3, COMMERCIAL SILVER BLUFF (14-59), as per plans on file and subject to review and approval by the City Commission; zoned CR-3/7 Commercial -Residential (General). This Special Exception was also granted a time limitation of six (6) months in which a building permit must be obtained. Six proponents present at the meeting. PUBLIC WORKS No dedication is requested. DADE COUNTY TRAFFIC No objection. & TRANSPORTATION ZONING BOARD At its meeting of June 3, 1985, the Zoning Board adopted Resolution ZB 78-85 by a 9 to 0 vote, granting the above subject to review and approval by the City Commission.
