RESOLUTION NO. f4 5�
A RESOLUTION EXPRESSING DEEPEST SYMPATHY AND
SINCEREST CONDOLENCES OF THE CITY COMMISSION
ON BEHALF OF THE CITY OF MIAMI AND ITS
CITIZENS TO THE FAMILY AND FRIENDS OF
STEPHEN ARKY UPON HIS TRAGIC DEATH.
WHEREAS, Stephen Arky, who just passed away, was a
respected member of the legal profession; and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City Commission, on behalf
of the City of Miami and its citizens to express its deepest
sympathy to the family and friends of Stephen Arky;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. On behalf of the citizens of the City of
Miami, the City Commission hereby conveys to the family and
friends of Stephen Arky its deepest sympathy and sincerest
condolences, upon his tragic death.
Section 2. This Resolution is offered by the City
Commission as a token of its respect and esteem.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 25th day of JULY , 1985.
