Also he has asked that we comment as to the accounting and financial controls employed by the Association. A$ we understand the present system, all receipts and disbursements related to the National Alumni Association are processed through the office of the Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University Foundation, Inc. We perform an annual audit of the FAMU Foundation, Inc. and our audit for the year ended December 31, 1984 revealed no significant weaknesses in internal control as such accounting and financial controls relate to the National Alumni Association.
