MR 142 CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING A public hearing will be held by the Commission of the City of Miami, Florida on Thursday, Sep- tember 12, 1985, at 3:30 P.M. in the City Commission Chambers at City Hall, 3500 Pan American Drive, Miami, Florida, for the pur- pose of considering the ratifica- tion by the City Commission of the waiver of the requirement of obtaining sealed competitive bids for increases in the contract cost for tho following designated pub- lic works or improvements: CITY HALL — CONFERENCE ROOM An increase of $50,000 In the contract with Target Construc- tion, Co. to cover the cost of the additional work caused by unforeseen conditions encoun- tered during construction. All interested persons are invited to appear and may be heard con- cerning such proposed waivers and increases.
