RECOMMENDATIONS PLANNING DEPARTMENT DENIAL. One of the criteria for approving an o r advertising si n is that it shall be fi spaced a minimum of teen hundred (1500) feet from another similar Of" on the fame side of the expressway. There is a +request for sign location on two sites that are spaced less than 1BOQ feet from each other, an even though there is no 41e49irMilt that any of the two has to be recomeed, due to the fact that the other is bell reaomsanded, this rould eliminate the PCs$ bility of neco+neendation for this sign. ,i A The proposed location is the front yard of a residential use, and even though the area is industrially zoned, it would Impact the existing residential land use. Therefore, the proposed location for the outdoor advertising sign Is not deemed appropriate in relation to the surrounding neighborhood and adjacent uses. PUBLIC WORKS No dedication is requested.
