mission Chambers at City Hail,
3500 Pan American Drive, Miami,
Florida for the purpose of consid-
eying a waiver of the requirements
for seated competitive bids for the
purchase of a one-third page adver-
tising space in the November 10,
1985 issue of the New York Times
Sunday magazine at a total cost
of $7,855.
This issue of the New York Times
will include a supplement on the
Caribbean Basin and the Impor-
tant role Florida plays in the com-
mercial growth of that region.
