a Sublease Agreement

law firm of Daniels and Hicks
for

use by the Law
Department at
169 East Flagler Street; further
authorizing
the City Manager. to -execute an Amendment to
an
existing Lease
Agreement with
Dupont Building Associates Ltd.
for
the lease of
the additional
office spacel commencing at the

of the above referenced Sublease Agreement with funds therefor
allocated Erom budgeted Law Department funds.
