ENCLOS,JRE sProposed Resolution
Th= Rouse Company would like to take p,)ss,ssion of the
L-.3s•3d nroperty and commence construction as soon as possible.
I.`,e underwriters for the I.D.B. issue which will be used to
`inance the construction of the garage have advised us that the
Present bond market is very favorable at this time. Numerous
zc.x anti involved issues regarding the Project must b?
re.:o' red prior to the issuance of bonds.
J,)hn T. ?earson, a partner with t:ze law firm of Sage Gray
& Sims, has been very involved with the Bayside ?ro:',ect ,and
is familiar with the leases, the bond documents, and the
c.mpiexities of the remaining issues. The availabilitv of such
expertise will assist the Citv in resolving the remaining issues
in an expedited manner. His fees will be paid from bond
r,r-ed Therefore, I recommend approval of the attached
Proposed resolution.
