A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE SELECTION OF
INDIVIDUALS BY CERTAIN BARGAINING
REPRESENTATIVES OF CITY EMPLOYEES AND
RECOGNIZING SAID INDIVIDUALS AS MEMBERS
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI AFFIRMATIVE ACTION
ADVISORY BOARD.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The following individuals are hereby confirmed
as having been selected by a certified bargaining representative
of City employees to serve as members of the City of Miami
Affirmative Action Advisory Board and are hereby recognized as
Board members:
CAROLYN CLARKE, Fraternal Order of Police, to serve
for a term expiring January 24, 1987.
NELSON LISSABET, Miami Association of Firefighters,
to serve for a term expiring
January 24, 1987.
ROBERT MACK, Miami General Employees Union, to serve
for a term expiring January 24, 1987.
ALMA SMITH, Sanitation Employees Association, to
serve for a term expiring January 24, 1987.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 10th day of OCTOBER , 1985.

Attached is a draft resolution
providing for the confirmation
of four members to the Affirma-
tive Action Advisory Board.
The following individuals have been reappointed, by their respective
unions, to serve an additional two year term on the Affirmative Action
Advisory Board.
Robert Mack, Miami General Employees Union
Nelson Lissabet, Miami Association of Firefighters
Carolyn Clarke, Fraternal Order of Police
Alma Smith, Sanitation Employees Association
In accordance with administrative policy, I am notifying you of the
above so that you may appoint members to the board as provided for in
F Section 1 of Ordinance 9139.
